(1) Hastelloy B series alloys: including Hastelloy B-2 and Hastelloy B-3, etc. These alloys are mainly composed of nickel and molybdenum and have excellent corrosion resistance, especially in reducing environments. Hastelloy B-2 alloy has excellent corrosion resistance, while Hastelloy B-3 is an upgraded version of B-2, which has excellent corrosion resistance to hydrochloric acid at any temperature and concentration.
(2) Hastelloy C series alloys: such as Hastelloy C-4, which is a nickel-chromium-molybdenum alloy with good thermal stability, good toughness, and corrosion resistance in the range of 650-1040 degrees Celsius. Hastelloy C-22 has better uniform corrosion resistance in oxidizing media than C-4 and C-276, and excellent local corrosion resistance.
(3) Hastelloy G series alloys: including Hastelloy G-35, G-30, etc., with better corrosion resistance and thermal stability
(1) It has excellent corrosion resistance in oxidizing and reducing atmospheres and can resist the erosion of most corrosive media.
(2) It has excellent resistance to pitting, crevice corrosion, and stress corrosion cracking.
It is widely used in chemical, petrochemical, flue gas desulfurization, pulp and papermaking, environmental protection, and other industrial fields
